Stays
Chats, files and memory, in the app’s own database on your disk. No sync. No cloud copy.
Crosses
Your recent messages in that chat, the text of files attached to it, and memories that apply. Never the files. Never other chats.
Kept
Our gateway keeps token counts and cost for 30 days, never the text. The model host keeps nothing, under zero data retention.
Attached file text travels with each later message in that chat. Web search runs from your computer, after you approve the terms. The full account is on the security page.
