Contact
Talk to us.
One address, read by the people who build KChat. We answer it ourselves, in working hours in India. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.
Enterprise
Buying KChat for a team rather than yourself is the Enterprise plan: seats under one account, a single monthly invoice, and a named person here to call. Write to us and tell us roughly how many people, which operating systems they use, and anything your security team needs to see first. We will come back with a price and a rollout plan.
Team seats and single sign-on land in version two. Talk to us now if you want to be part of that rollout: early companies shape what it does.
Help with your account
Billing, invoices, a plan change, a laptop you cannot sign out, or an app that will not start: same address. Your chats stay on your own disk, so we cannot read them, and we will never ask you to send them.
Security questions
Questionnaires, disclosure reports and anything your security team needs go to the same place. Most answers are already written down on the security page.
During the beta
KChat is in public beta, so tell us what breaks. A note about what you were doing when it happened is more useful to us than a polished bug report.
